It's all about Trains!

Our little Aiden turns 5 next week and we will be celebrating this Saturday.  Usually it's all about fishing or bug or snake or maybe tractor things for gifts, but this year I decided to make it all about Trains  (well, with a couple gift cards just in case he absolutely needs some new fishing gear or something.)  I was determined that it was going to be Big Boy train stuff--he should be so over Thomas and friends!  So ---Just TRY to find Big Boy Train stuff that is not way over into adult hobby trains!  I finally found these great books--Lots of colored pictures and just enough reading for Daddy or Aly to participate.  Could not find any reasonable "Train" sets, wall hangings, etc., so I guess this will just have to do for now.  Oh, did I mention, Aiden wants to be an engineer someday--at least in his 5 yr. old mind he does.  I think it would be fun--the adventure and all--I personally loved the one and only train ride I've been on  fom Iowa to Cinncinati, Ohio.  Maybe he'll take Grandma on another train ride someday!  What fun we could have (we'd let Grandpa come along, too!)  I have also included a picture of the gift bag I decorated and the Card I made.  Now on to the celebration!
